we were asked to draw 3D shape outside college and had board paper and tape, they were the part of process, at first I find it hard to draw and place to draw, thankfully with the help of others and our teacher we draw the shape and had to cut the tape into thin and parallel lines and join the corners together. The architects still draw with hands, where they can clarify elements to client or a contractor.
